Eaton Hill House
This beautiful Grade II Listed house is a real gem, within walking distance of Tarporley, but also offering beautiful views due to its elevated position. The buyers were renting in Cheshire but had not bought a UK property before. They therefore needed guidance with the conveyancing process, but also with the plans they had for the house, so they could configure the living space to their requirements whilst respecting its heritage. We arranged many visits for the prospective purchasers and met with them at the property with planning experts, architects and conservation specialists to make sure their plans for the house were feasible. This obviously made the sale more protracted and we needed to keep in close contact with both the vendors and purchasers but also with their solicitors to keep the sale on track. The vendors’ patience and our persistence paid off – both the vendors and the new owners are very happy in their new homes.
