Rickitt Partnership at The London and Country Property Show 2023
We are delighted to announce that once again we will be attending the prestigious London and Country Property Show in 2023. The show will take place in the Main Hall within the Chelsea Old Town Hall situated just off the King’s Road on 16 May 2023.
We thoroughly enjoy attending this event every year and find it an invaluable way of presenting our properties to an audience of potential vendors. The show is attended by people who are serious about buying their next property, many attendees currently live in the Capital and are looking to relocate to another part of the country; whilst others may already live regionally but choose to travel to London to attend the show.
The London and Country Property Show is an important part of Rickitt Partnership’s marketing strategy for many of our properties. We pride ourselves on our proactive approach to marketing which is completely bespoke to each property and vendor’s needs. For some there will be a focus on marketing through our online and social media platforms whilst others may lend themselves to advertising or PR through the local and regional press. Whatever marketing strategy we put together for a property, we always like to think outside the box. We have learnt over the years that many successful sales are achieved with purchasers from outside of our local area. Our experience shows us that, by embracing events such as the London and Country Property Show we are able to access potential purchasers that no other local agent can. At the Show we engage on a personal level with potential purchasers, discuss properties that are likely to suit their needs and offer them invaluable information on local infrastructures such as road and rail networks as well as schools etc… Even if they are not in a position to relocate immediately, we often find that Rickitt Partnership remains their first port of call once they are ready to take that step.
Attendance at the Show is always excellent as it benefits from its own high-profile marketing initiatives including print advertising in Country & Town House magazine, as well as other London, regional and local publications. In addition press releases will be sent out to national, regional and local property journalists, there will be a large 7 metre banner outside the venue on the Kings Road, social media activity will be high – the Show itself will regularly post on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Linkedin and participating agents (including ourselves!) will also be using their social media platforms to promote the Show. There is also a dedicated website for the Show which includes a registration/ticketing option which will be super easy for you to register your attendance if you fancy coming along! https://www.londonandcountryproperty.co.uk/ At the Show itself there will be a glossy show guide for attendees to take away with information from each participating estate agent.
