Tim has over 30 years experience in the residential property market. In that time, he has worked in the areas of Cheshire, South Manchester, Shropshire, Wirral, North Wales and London. Over the years, Tim has spent the bulk of his career based in Chester, including as a director of Savills and for a number of years owning the very successful Chester estate agent, Rickitt Grant. Tim has passed both his Level 3 Technical Awards in Estate Agency and Valuing and Auctioneering. He also lived in New Zealand for three and a half years and while there obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Marketing Communications.
